Nigel Pope is one of the UK’s leading natural history producers. Over the years he’s been responsible for shows as diverse as Big Cat Diary, Springwatch and the Really Wild Show. But in the last few years his Glasgow based production company Maramedia has produced a run of epic series focussing on Scottish wildlife as well as single films for the RSPB, PBS and CBBC.

In 2016 Highlands – Scotland’s Wild Heart, narrated by Ewan McGregor was a huge hit both locally and internationally. In this special event, created especially for WFFS Nigel will introduce some of the series most memorable clips and reveal what it took to put diving ospreys, leaping salmon, hungry dolphins and cuddly red squirrels on screen!

We anticipate that this will be a very popular talk, so recommend making sure you book early.

For more about Maramedia see their website.
